Step no.(1) Send us an email with your design details:

The first step in this process is sending us email about your design that will provide us information regarding your
custom design project. The more information we have, the better it is for us to conceptualize your actual design
requirements. At this time.

Step no.(2) Order processing and payment confirmation:

we will confirm your design order, and you will also make the 50% project startup payment. On confirmation of
this payment, our design team will start their work. Our project coordinator will contact you if any further
information is required or is missing from the email order. In the meantime, our design team will develop your
design mockups.

*** We accept online payment such as : Paypal, Moneybookers, Google Checkout, Moneygram, Westren Union.

Step no.(3) Design mockups:

We will provide the first set of your design mockups within 3-5 business days. The number of mockups will depend
on the package you ordered.

Step no.(4) Design revisions:

You will choose one design from the initial mockups on which further work will be performed. We provide unlimited
revisions for our Corporate Logo Design Package while limited revisions are provided for other packages. We assure
you of complete satisfaction regardless of our own inconvenience. Please note that we do not charge extra for any
logo revisions.

Step no.(5) Finalizing & Delivery:

After you approve the designs, we will send you a request to make the 50% balance payment. After confirmation of
this payment, we will send you the final design package in various print/web ready graphic formats. You will have
complete copyrights to the final designs for all media. We only retain the right to display the artwork in our
portfolio and advertising materials.

Step no.(6) Stationery & Web design:

If you have also chosen stationery design, we will prepare stationery design concepts consistent with your newly-developed
business logo. After due revisions and modifications, the finalized stationery design package would be
delivered to you in print-ready format.
